Hello Clock Watchers,

Welcome to the first Crimson Clocks blog, we'll begin with a question. What is Crimson Clocks favourite breakfast cereal?

You have until the end of this post to formulate your answer.

So, a quick review of our recent history, we became a full band in April, and then spent a hectic few weeks writing and rehearsing before making our first public appearance at The Roadhouse in Stirchley in June, a gig that also included BB Black Dog, Birthrite, The Real Detonators and Electric Cake Salad.  Six days later we were at The Steampunk Summer Solstice in Wirksworth, which included Gladstone, BB Black Dog and many other fine bands.

Following the terrible weather experienced in Wirksworth we headed indoors and spent July and August recording an EP at Seanoise Studios in the West Midlands. It features 5 tracks, including Evil Genius and Red Violin, both of which can be heard on our Reverbnation page.

We now move from the past to the future in a manner somewhat more stylish than that of Dr Who (our trousers do at least cover our ankles). Next month we will be back at The Roadhouse for Hallowsteam, which features other great bands including BB Black Dog, Birthrite, Gladstone and many more. So The Roadhouse is the place to be on October 27th, we may even unleash some new tunes that day. Tickets can be purchase here and the facebook page giving more detail can be found here

And now, sad to say, we have reached the end of our time together for this instalment.

The answer to our question regarding breakfast cereal is of course....

Cheerio(s)
